With well over 20 years of experience, I specialize in Service Dog preparation and relationship-based training that focuses on behavior modification. I guide handlers and their dogs through every stage of development. My training is designed to support you from Basic Obedience (puppy manners and foundational cues) all the way to the high-level precision required for Owner Trained Service Dogs.

CGC (Canine Good Citizen) Evaluations: As a certified AKC evaluator, I help dogs master the 10 essential skills for good manners and provide official testing to certify your dog's progress as a Canine Good Citizen.

PAT (Public Access Test) Readiness: For Service Dog teams, I offer professional Public Access Tests to ensure your dog is prepared to navigate the world with focus, reliability, and calm confidence.

Specialized Expertise: 

Fear, Aggression, and Healing  Beyond technical skills, I specialize in addressing fear-aggression behaviors. I understand that what are often labeled as 'problem behaviors' are communications of stress or insecurity. By focusing on the root cause rather than applying 'band-aid fixes,' I help reactive and fearful dogs find their balance again.

My commitment to the human-canine bond extends even to the most difficult times. As a Certified Pet Bereavement Coach, I provide a compassionate, safe space for owners to navigate the profound loss of a companion. I believe in supporting the handler just as much as the dog—through training, through service, and through the healing process.
